Make your heart a beautiful place to be.

Make your heart a beautiful place to be.

Because it’s the only home you will live in for the rest of your life.

It’s the space you wake up in each morning and the one you fall asleep in at night,

no matter where you are, no matter who is beside you.

Tend to it as you would tend to a sacred garden.

Pull out the weeds of resentment, comparison, and fear.

Water it with compassion, patience, and truth.

Plant seeds of joy, and watch how they bloom in the smallest, most unexpected moments.

A beautiful heart is not one untouched by pain,

it is one that has walked through the fire and still chooses to open.

It’s one that lets love in without needing to control it,

one that forgives not because it has forgotten,

but because it refuses to live in the shadow of what has already passed.

When your heart is a beautiful place to be,

you no longer chase love as if it were a distant shore,

you carry it inside you.

You become magnetic to what is true,

because you are no longer a seeker of safety,

you are the safety.

And now you enjoy the freedom,

To just be!

Fill your heart with quiet mornings,

with laughter that echoes long after it fades,

with people who see you and stay.

Fill it with music, stillness, dance, and the kind of peace that comes from knowing you’ve chosen yourself, over and over again.

May your heart be a home where you can rest.

May it greet you with warmth after the longest days.

May it stay soft in a world that can be hard.

And may you remember, always,

you belong here.

With much love from the bottom of my heart,🤍
