Trust the waves in your life

Trust the waves in your life

There are seasons when you may find yourself crying for something you can’t quite name.

A sudden heaviness in your chest. A familiar ache in your bones.

Moments of deep grief arising for a life you’ve outgrown… old identities, patterns, family pain that never got to be spoken, much less witnessed.

And then, just as suddenly, there’s light.

A beautiful clarity.

Synchronicities, aligned opportunities, a feeling that something sacred is opening up for you.

You may even begin to remember parts of yourself you once buried, your gifts, your voice, your joy.

This dance between grief and expansion isn’t chaos.

It’s a clearing.

It’s your body and soul releasing the density of what was never yours to hold… so you can receive more of what is.

This is not regression. It’s sacred rhythm.

The old is being washed away. Not because you’re broken, but because you’re becoming.

And in becoming, you are remembering.

You are remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.

Trust these waves.

Even when they carry you into unfamiliar waters.

Especially then.

This is healing.

This is emotional maturity.

This is how we come home to ourselves.

Reflection for Trusting the Waves

🔥What are you currently grieving that feels invisible or hard to name?

(Allow yourself to acknowledge the subtle or unspoken losses - of identity, time, innocence, dreams.)

🔥In what ways is your soul asking you to soften, release, or let go?

(This could be a belief, a pattern, a role you’ve been carrying).

🔥What parts of yourself are you remembering or reclaiming now?

(Gifts, values, desires, intuition - things you once silenced that are now resurfacing).

🔥 What emotions feel strongest right now - grief, gratitude, fear, joy?

Can you hold space for them without judging their presence?

🔥 How can you support your nervous system and heart through these waves of transition?

(Think: grounding rituals, boundaries, community, therapy, slowing down, rest).

🔥 What does “home” mean to you today - and what is one small way you can return to it?

With love and care,🤍
